Good luck finding one in this sector !
The alternative might be an all share merger, and keep the powder of the combined group dry. Yes it would delay cashflow breakeven, but the market would probably fund the gap if the story is right.
Of course it's only a superficial analysis on my part- maybe there is no commercial rationale.
