Congrats to the RSH Board & Mgt, great result completed in an efficient process and very nice early Christmas present. However the lack of communication over the last week or so was very frustrating!
Must admit I thought the cornerstone investor would have been US based but cash is cash and if RSH now has access to $26.6 M capital to execute their plans from here should totally de-risk short to medium term success in the US. Ben Richards is a long term and very motivated RSH supporter and investor, can't ignore the confidence and belief he and his investors must have about RSH's future.
For me equally exciting is the announcement of the new director, Dr. Tom Takubo , as a senator and practicing pulmonologist heading up a medical centre will provide invaluable access and insight for RSH in successfully executing their RPM plans and continued expansion.
Seems like musical chairs with the remaining directors, not sure I heard a meaningful comment from Mr. Snow during hid tenure and strange time to be leaving given the company's prospects, provides an opportunity to bring on new talent.
Hope 2024 will turn out to be the watershed year for RSH and it never looks back!
