I am ok with the raise. the biggest problem chm has had has been the funding challenges dampening any clinical progress / news. they now have funding, for a while at least and recourse to more due to options.
and lind closure is very good imo
perhaps now, once the dust settles the company can be valued with a mc that is more befitting its clinical pipeline, which should be (to me at least) $50M+
