    No SPP and over subscribed to soph and insto investors, suggests to me that they are not flipping for 1-5 fractions of a point... this deal has been priced to long term holders. Looking for multiple X on their investment. It was hard to get set on this raise and got scale back to soph investors. I honestly cant see this trading at 0.003, but if someone wants out there I hope I get them. This company is at an inflection point.... Take a look at the CR TTT did at 1c. Scaled back to instos. BUYING AND HOLDING TIGHT
