The points you have raised I could mostly agree with. I can appreciate how much time and effort it takes to write up an account of who said/released/announced what and when. Sure, it may not always be 100% accurate, but that's what forums are here for and your summaries provided an excellent starting point for a discussion and in this case, even something that all shareholders could benefit from.
Yes, there are things that are not in the company's control, but out of the things they are in control of - and based on the information available to us and I can also appreciate that there are restrictions of what can be disclosed as a publicly listed company - the company certainly has room for improvement. And by holding them accountable in a respectful way which I believe you have done, maybe they will do things better going forward. The decisions that perhaps we don't agree with because they seem (and excuse my French) blatantly stupid and not aligned with shareholders' (our) best interest, proper communication going forward could prevent them from leading to yet more Hopper conspiracies.
