Although the fact that we need funds moving forward is a given I’m not happy about this capital raising, nor the previous ones for that matter.
675m shares is more than most have on their register in total and we have just issued that many in one hit. 1c is a steal and with free attaching oppies with a strike price of 2c!
Surely our management believe our shares are worth more than this? These 675m cheap as chips shares are going to be destructive in achieving and sustaining any share price gains for a very long time IMO.
Our management are great operators but share price management is not one of their strong points IMO.
I would love to be proven wrong however I predict upcoming assays to be mediocre. Why would we raise money now at these prices otherwise.
