It appears that management received a compelling offer rather than opting to raise funds themselves. On 06/06/2024, a presentation took place and only eight working days later, we entered a trading halt for capital raising.
It seems the presentation generated significant interest and attracted substantial investment, explaining why the capital raising is happening now instead of after the drill results where the share price could be higher and have less dilution.
In my opinion, this capital raising is positive, which is a rare sentiment for such an event.
