Under ASX Listing Rule 3.1 information required to be disclosed by the company must be disclosed immediately.
However, ASX has also given guidance that “immediately” does not mean “instantaneously”, but rather than “promptly and without delay”.
So no “delay”, DEG probably just needs extra time to gather, interpret and verify information in order to report them.
