.09% short is not a sizable amount. I think there's a 'buy the rumour sell the news' scenario, the market has known about Hemi for quite some time. It'll be interesting to see what the large institutions make of the MRE in the coming days, once they crunch the numbers.
Lastly, and most importantly I think, DEG is now at the toughest point of it's existence. If it chooses to go into production, it will likely be a rough few years. And they'll need capital to get there.
