I understand why some are positing a "slow period" for the sp. However, I think that prognostication is premature.

First, that is almost, almost always the case once the construction begins in earnest the sp plateaus/slips. This is followed by commissioning prior to first pour, where the sp can get hammered because of delays, cost overruns, shorters exploiting the previously mentioned points, dearth of drill news, etc. DEG. though, is a REGIONAL developer, therefore the lack of news base is more than covered.

Will drill news be enough? One needs to put on one's X-Ray Specs for clarity there.

I like my odds though, so I'm not selling the news, ie patience/hold, at least until my specs arrive. If anything, the PoG will rock the sp; but isn't that true for the entire commodity space?
