No I don't think so and I have many listed examples to defend this range. You can pay more if you like.
We all look for undervalued stocks to buy, so that's my conclusion. Probably about right or a bit on the high side. Then again, there aren't too many 9mozs out there, so perhaps give it a slight premium.
