A thorough going over all the last couple years board papers, expense reports etc will be a good start. Let's see how carefully he's been treating the company's financial reserves when he travels internationally. It would not surprise me to discover he's been travelling like a lord, and that will simply be another nail in the coffin.
I think the incumbent management finally realised today the writing is on the wall. There will be change and there will be a clean out, no more gravy train! Next vote now is end January, and that will force the next steps to remove Lind and at that time I predict Reeve will go along with them since his position will no longer be tenable, if indeed it still is now.
