From memory I think the NAV deal was always set for a slot in jan, and the expectation for a1 is dec if all goes to plan. Tonnage is not my area of expertise but I doubt they would be quoting numbers without doing the calls.
There is interest from parties for finance, the two toll agreements gives some certainty for cash flow so should Not be an issue from here - just need to agree on commercially acceptable terms.
Good pick up on the sentiment, I have always been confident, more so in the short term now.
