This is an interesting development. I guess most of us had a linear timeframe, CETO deployed runs for 2 years then commercial array. For them to run in parallel is a big positive. The biggest hurdle will be the funding mechanism.
if this is successful they can roll it out in a number of hard to reach towns/islands.
