    Yes...O.K. that settles my question crystal clear....it is a loan. There is no obligation to buy shares. They get a great interest rate (as opposed to banks) and they get their money back, even if the SP tanks. The only downside for the lenders is if the company goes bankrupt as they are unsecured notes. But that is highly unlikely, as they have income and assets.
    Still, one would have thought that more people would be watching and the CN might have encouraged some to buy. But that has not occurred..YET.
    When the weighbridge is on its way to being positioned, or when the ERR is complete....then we will be on our way to better days. For many posters here....they are way ahead on their investment already so they can crow and posture and have a grin on their face. But for those that piled in at 30 odd cents, there would be some consternation.
    Myself included.
