I don't know who the CN holder are, except I believe that they come predominantly via PPT Nominees, as Kevin Perrin is Financial Director at NAGs.

They are "Sophisticated Investors" which means they are basically very wealthy and/or very High Income Earners.

These people are alway there to provide funds, so they are not only wealthy people, but they are strong supporters of NAGs, with a strong belief in the future of NAGs, reaching a SP beyond 18c.

We don't have to know who they are, there anonymity is irrelevant, but their action are not. They just forked out $600,000 of ther own cash, as a Loan. That's faith in the Co.

So NAGs, has Directors with a lot of skin in the game, financial backers always ready to provide funds, 500 new Shareholders on board in the last 12 mths (approx) and SP resilient to the Selling of 1m Shares per week from 1 Source for one year.

Not bad IMO.
