I think you are right,it was in a report but not ASX, maybe one of the Community Voice newsletter that Mogga posted or similar recently. I recall seeing MT making the statement in relation to the Shepp bypass which I thought was odd. Either that I was drinking the last of duty free that day!
The timeline for the bypass is correct though. "Red Herring" keeps coming to mind for some reason.
