Ann: $602million co-ownership transaction with Ch, page-7

re: Ann: $602million co-ownership transaction... Papertigger, no I mean a company with no assets and lots of management/services contracts which can be made worthless is no time.

The thing that saved CER was the physical assets and yet we keep selling them. Trusting management there's a net benefit, I like to know the nitty gritty as to how.
