The new MD couldn't give a stuff about loyal retail s/holders,otherwise why would they have $55mill underwritten and a measly $5mill for s/holders.
At $1.39,it's a giveaway price.
Doesn't the company have the confidence that the whole $60 mill would have been taken up not underwritten and by existing shareholders.
Bring back DS.
I have been with Mcr most of the time since listing and to me,this seems a sh**house decision.
The whole board imo has lost some credibility.
I expected something better.
