not sure about this. I recall the past SPP being oversubscribed but not 12x the offer. You may be too optimistic about the cash SH have and $60M might be more than one step too far. Whether they needed it underwritten for corporates, not sure. Perhaps they have to for confidence levels. Anyway, hold on for the ride.
