The shareholders who don't like two Chinese funds on the register are selling up, but looks like there are a decent amount of buyers for those shares. I still see this funding as better than anything else that could have happened. Imagine if it was a large equity raise with brokers involved and HNW etc. who just flip the shares. Better to have 2 funds with escrowed shares. Better than some restrictive debt package too.

The infrastructure they have alone is worth more than 100 million surely! Then you have a lot of potential upside with exploration too (which BC8 are well funded for). Risk / reward looks pretty good to me.
