Suffice it to say the deal is not perfect and I also see why people don't like it. But I trust management to make the best decision given the cards they are dealt with. They are professionals and veterans and they have also invested substantial sum. That is sufficient for me.
We can speculate about FIRB, geopolitics, T/O by stealth, giving away for peanuts, money laundering, CCP taking over, related entities, collusion by management etc. These are speculations by outsiders given the sad state of the SP. I will let the end results speak for itself.
