    I am not wishing for this to eventuate but it may be to take control of bc8 by stealth also at low SP this has happened in the past one that comes to mind is NORTON a few years ago . In reality no one knows what will be the end game. I hope that everything works out well , but 40% of our company in one hit does make you wonder.
