I like the company and the contracts with the government but i really cant see how they are going to get by without a capital raise or a convertible note as per the going concern basis accounting states. Even the cloudaron shares have dropped about 40% since the beginning of the year. Not sure how they can state they have a strong balance sheet. They even mention the accounts receivable, but forgot to mention the accounts payable which is 300k more. Does anyone think they will be able to get by with out more cash?
