Pros are

- They have previously publicly expressed a desire for inorganic growth (and this is small enough that even if they overpay it is inconsequential)
- Cu (in particular) still counts as a "new economy" metal
- They are running out of (useful) mine life on their existing portfolio

Time will tell but a take out at ~40c by them still seems like an absolute no brainer for me, it is just a question of whether anyone has bothered to run a corporate play ruler over it.

Expand

Copper would be the one to go with in terms of providing both stability and leveraging off the EV trend.
