It is a great way to see what they are/were planning and how they have put it into action along with what issues have arisen over time and how they have handled/resolved them. You will be up to speed pretty quickly and then you can take it from there. If you want to jump in the deep end after that EQR have their original BFS on their website. It contains a huge amount of information about the operation. Follow up with the previous updated BFS and you will be set for the new updated BFS in the next few weeks!
