The SPP relates to retail investors. I suspect there will be some attempts to keep the SP up so that the VWAP does not work out lower.
It is a pretty fair old dilution of existing shareholders all the same. At least it is uncapped, unlike the recent raise from NST that totally screwed over retail investors.
Sold as well this morning, hoping for a better price.
