I’d agree if we sold home office equipment but we don’t. Shifting to cloud based apps was a necessity to work away from office. Can’t see them winding that back just because you sit back in a building. It’s also been a one off explosion of people learning new technology so expect a second wave of innovation from that.
Adapt and survive = more data centre demand.
