I guess the only rider on that is that they now have a 25% limit on capital raising without going back to shareholders for approval; with the placement having raised 15% (?), there is a limit on what can be issued under the SPP without a vote.
It really depends on them - do they want to try to get it ratified, or will they just limit it to the mandated amount?
