RE your comment "my hearing is stuffed" - obviously something about the interviewer and his environment, but in relation to your hearing, have you heard of AUDEARA - an Australian company that has developed and is advancing development of headphones and earphones that are customised for the individual's hearing characteristics for each ear - their products are becoming available through a range of outlets. If interested, check out their website.
Disclosure: I have not had direct experience of their products, but was impressed by their approach, engineering and progress - so bought a few shares (AUA) a few months ago at a little more than the current price as a longterm prospect.
