Cool - I remember now. A real blast from the past. Archer was not a mining guy and Hillgrove was the second company he ran into the ground. The first was a telco startup in Sydney which was run into the ground - stony broke. Before that he was a lawyer. Any guesses as to why it did not go ahead? Probably was just a throw away announcement to boost the ruined sp.
