this could seriously come out of left field bronco - I wouldn't be surprised to see AU & US (& friendly Nations) starting to take early positions now and setting themselves up for a reliable supply of high quality material - LYC was also awarded $14.5M grant from the FED under the Modern Manufacturing Initiative - i suspect these grants will flow in unison to send a message to China in this space.
