Simple. The market cap is around the $13-$14M mark, so I think the current share price is extremely good value for the REEs alone (very similar grades and style to Makuutu - see IXR) and then there's the high grade gold and palladium at TE that could be worth billions. It's a no brainer as far as I'm concerned.
