As i understand, Rick Rule is a major shareholder in Strata, which is in the process of taking over SCP Resource Finance (formerly Sprott Capital Partners) so there is interest to Rick in having Strata attend these conferences.

Happy enough with today's announcement, and market interest. Massive dilution, and the options afforded to the deal makers seems a bit excessive though.

Happy to watch this one play out, and look forward to ION progressing their plan. As a long term holder here, looking forward to being financially rewarded
