the issue price is just a pip or two below the recent SP range and based on this morning’s price action there seems little or no price damage. If you think GML is the real deal you can buy shares today @ 1.8 cents which is way lower than the option exercise price of 3.0 cents in 2024. The holding costs are quite low so there is nothing stopping you buying the shares cheap today.

It says a lot if the major shareholder is prepared to buy into a cap raise close to the SP and take on the options exercisable at a 66.6% premium to the current SP.

As a retail investor I like to be treated the same as the big boys. But alas the reality is that retail cap raisings are slow and expensive. In the case of GML it is very important to maintain the incredible momentum of the recent drilling programs and the immediately planned drilling programs.

I think all shareholders will be well rewarded a the imminent resource upgrade.

I reckon all shareholders vpcan sit back and enjoy this ride.
