plus the fact, in the letter that also recently was sent out on page 3 it states something about performance rights holders are not entitled to participate unless some jargon that states otherwise. (funny wording).

I seem to be rewinding a few thoughts upon so called performance rights.
meaning, I believe they should not be issued unless the share price actually also performs.
because lets face it, what use, or good is it if you tick every box under the sun, yet it does not raise the shareprice.
that is why we shareholders invest, and why were here writing about this stuff we so called "believe in" is it not?
if Ton do everything right, and on time, and exceed all and expectations,
then who actually gives a toss unless the shareprice also reflects this, and actually offers shareholders a profit , a reward for taking risks in a spec stock, a benefit of some type for investing this company.
now, I believe in the company and I also believe that PC will make the right decisions for shareholders.
but with regards to this raising, I do not agree with the timing of it.
I would rather have left it another month and seen gains from assays and drilling results with a DFS complete and then a raising being done at what I feel should have been +10c which further funds could have been raised by unlisted 50M 10c options exp 30 june 2018
why not I wonder? or at least do a raising at 10c versus a 30% discount at 7c (which as of now we trade below).
my next disappointment with this raising besides a derailed shareprice is the underwriter.
are these the only underwriters in the world that triton can get (I ask myself silently)???
if so why? as these are the guys that sold us down the gutter previously to a 52wk low of 3.9c
yet here we are again, right before xmas, right before company breaking news to drive the sp up, we instead get a decision made to drive the sp down at a 30% discount to really where it should have been done, IMSHO.
in any case, it now is what it is, and just loo at the sp. it does not reflect anything except position our underwriters to collect stock slowly and patiently whilst typical punters sell their shares in waiting for replacement ones with free options.
its a double bladed sword here.
and again, imho, the share price should be reflected in any performance of the company, otherwise its disjointed
and again imho, this capitol raising should have been done at a much higher price or after results and dfs.
whatever dilution caused by this raising could have been reduced.
for those whom are setting high price targets on triton should revise these prices as this is not fantasy here
this dilution is real, and whilst I may sound very unhappy with watching the cause and effect of this raising
to me it begs more questions why our md is being paid more than the Australian pm with about to gain performance rights of 12M shares and all of it not reflective of any shareprice, clearly this does not make sense.
and again, I believe pc is the man for the job, and doing the job yet the mismatch underwriter who sold us down previously? the discount to market whilst we are less than near 6 weeks out? whilst there is 5 million bucks of 50M unlisted 10c options, for Shandong and Somers our underwriter?
flame me all you want, but I encourage holders to also question management, the company and the participants in this company so we at least understand why our investment in this company is being puppeteer-ed by forces out of the common shareholder.
imo, all the a-g points require further breakdowns with how to advance the project (by 6 weeks? sounds absurd)
sorry if I sound negative or a tad disgruntled, but I think its a healthy state of mind by questioning everything this company says or does which should made clear to shareholders or be held accountable!!
