Growth is possible - I don't dispute that possibility. In fact, I hope it does grow for the sake of all holders. I
am not one of those nasty types that enjoys seeing people lose their hard earned dollars. As I said you will need 100% + to break even on your original investment (assuming the maximum number of Shares are issued under the Offers).

Ask yourself.
Who holds the majority of voting shares?
What if you all of the retail investors (minus shares held by BOD) decided to vote 'no', would the outcome have changed?
How does any director who is, apparently, in the middle of working through the complexities of getting their company re-listed, find the time to respond to an email from a small retail investor within one half of an hour?
I am glad you have confidence in your investment decision though.
My advice to you kvz and, indeed, any other poster, is to be very, very careful about providing identifying personal details to others. Whilst things can seem rosy now and you feel that you're a part of the exclusive "club" with quick access to the 'club leader', just be very mindful that circumstances can change very quickly. In fact, I am very confident that the HC moderators would provide you with the same advice.
