My experience as a shareholder with 3 companies that have each had share consolidations has been all negative. One company I had shares in had 3.2 billion shares on issue and the share price was 1.5 cents and falling. they did a 10-1 consolidation, which raised the share price to 15 cents and decreased the shares on issue to 320 million. The share price continued to fall hitting 2 cents within about 6 months, If they hadn't consolidated. the share price would have hit 0.1 cents or lower, if that's possible. The other 2 companies followed a similar pattern.
I am now very wary about share consolidations.I'd hate QBL to do a consolidation after all these share issues (with the updated dilution factor of 51.7%), and see the same pattern happen.
