You have no idea how frustrating it has been not being able to talk about this one or buy Inca shares for the past month! Now that it is in the public domain, that changes today

MaC is shaping up as a great collection of deposits and a couple of them are already highly likely to be commercial just after combining walkovers and geophysics data (Wallaroo and Copper Cliffs) . Several others hold potential to be a larger opportunity, Brolga prospect holds several that could be a larger porphyry deposit but will of course require much more work to confirm. There are outcropping microgranites at numerous locations in the overall project and something previous explorers has not seemed to focus on is that this was likely a convergent plate margin historically. In the below diagram, the green hatched area represents MaC, the yellow tenements some private interests I’m involved in and the bright pink lines are the major crustal boundaries. The foot shape is a tectonic unit that has converged with the plate upon which MaC is located. That is what is generating the porphyries and microgranites IMO. This is an area with great potential that has been largely ignored historically. Previous explorers and miners have focused on the epithermal ‘froth’ but have never fully investigated where and why that ‘froth’ was being generated.

These results from the Copper Cliffs are really exciting for a number of reasons. It’s not just that we have great grades evident across a substantial zone at surface. It’s also that copper samples were also found at 86, 87 95 (hence larger footprint) and that the geophysics point to further potential underground. In the northern section of the yellow dashed anomaly, we found much alteration and further copper and I suspect this is going to grow. Worth noting that all the samples found below were on virgin ground although only hundreds of metres from where previous explorers have walked. Just shows that when you spend the time in the field and cover a lot of ground much can be revealed. Or is it that Rob Heaslop, Inca and co have something special to offer?wink.png
