Hazarding a guess re the chart. 60% retrace is around 10 cents. However i would expect that if this target was hit it would bounce a little then retest this mark and likely fall back into high 8s or low 9s as this is where the longer term uptrend line would be.

From these movements however the upwards target is to high 20c as a sort of cup pattern formed over 2 odd years from previous high.

I would then expect some form of handle formation. Cannot give a time formation her but I would expect this to play out in the next 2-3 years.
