They who sell now will be scrambling to get back in ... if they want to that is.
PGM has now been placed on the global stage with major broking firm Hartleys' behind it.
That has been the only missing ingredient.
Hard to not get excited.
And thats only half excited, so much more to come once the current expected retrace in pms completes.
