To unfreeze will mean the railcars sitting at sea level for at least two days, reducing capacity. Summer moisture will be 6% and winter 8%. Extra drying of the summer product mixed with the winter product will give year round rail usage. The rail usage is spread over the 12 months. If you are only shipping 8 months then you are still paying for 12 months at 2.5 cents per tonne kilometer.
