Yes its underwritten but a little pump and they all make money...Long termers at 50%increase will still be underwater...
We raised not long ago and now wanting double whats in the bank....
SP suppressed now till at least after Christmas..
Yes its nice to have a strong cash position but a JV would of been nicer....
Hopefully they get the oppies well in the money and CR's wont be needed again.....
Not what i was hoping for......
