is it undervalued? resources are generally inferred, with only limited numbers in the indicated category, country risk, financing risk, start-up risk.

grade etc looks good, but the diamonds are pretty small and the value per carat is not as high as some that I have seen. 

does the company have projects in other countries to share the risk?

i'm not a follower of the company, but these are the questions that i'm asking before i put any money in - dyor.
