Hi Skywaker, due to 1mc being in suspension for more than 8 days in the past year they don’t have exemption from certain legal requirements in regard to raising funds without a prospectus (disclosure), as such they have to issue one of these compliance prospectuses with a nominal placement amount otherwise all shares acquired in the recently announced placement wouldn’t be able to be traded for a period of one year.

So all just legal hoopla to ensure the placement shares aren’t subject to a one year trading restriction and you regularly see them on companies who have been in trading suspension for extended periods when they raise funds.

Thats my understanding of it anyway.
