So, yes, these are all landing at 14cps in Aus.
But with the big upside, for the company, of actually being paid 19.2c per share in the raise.
Aus investors are buying the stock at 14cps from the Canadians, via the secondary sale block trade, with the Canadians having net paid the uplift on that to 19.2c - in return for the full 19.2c Canadian tax benefit of the flow through arrangement. As I understand this.
With the demand we've seen, and despite these landing at 14c in Aus, I can't see this dropping back to 14.
