    interesting comment from the NI newsletter this morning.

    ”We expect to see a binding farm-in agreement signed before the 30th April deadline that IVZ set for its current non-binding partner Cluff Energy Africa”

    I suppose that makes sense if there is more that one interested farm in partner as indicated.
