One massive positive is our current market cap 777 and the knowledge that we could raise 35 million tomorrow.
IF Scott and co can't wangle a substantially better deal given the prospective resource number, high oil prices and the fact we could easily raise the cash then he has not done his job properly IMO.
It seems blindingly obvious to me that unless the farm in is spectacular or as you say cornerstone investor then going it alone seems a no brainer.
