That is, rather than just one fine of up to AUD 2.1 million (approx. €1.2 million) levied on the serious and/or repeated invasions of privacy as a whole (i.e. no matter how many people were affected) as had been previously expected. If successful, the resulting fine(s) imposed on Facebook could be staggering and a significant 'game-changer' in Australian privacy..."

The collection of personal attributes by this YPB platform sounds very similar to me, and sounds like they are playing catch up with another market player....
