    Yes you can buy 1 share (normal TPG share) for every 11.13 shares you already own. For example, if you own 11,130 shares - you can buy an additional 1,000 shares in TPG for only $5.25 each.

    There are no guarantees that you will get the shares, they have a limit on how many are dished out to investors.
